Fees and Registration Please check back for 2012 information. Space limitations and musical balance may make it necessary to cap the number of participants. Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. If an orchestral section is full, applicants will be placed on a waiting list. To register, download and print the following application form, and mail with your deposit (and membership fee if not already paid): All students 18 years and under must have a Waiver Form signed by a parent or guardian. Please download the Waiver Form and mail it with your application.
If you wish to be in a chamber music group, you may send the Chamber Music Application with your Camp Application or submit it after acceptance of your Camp Application:
Download additional brochures to distribute to friends: Fees Fees are per person, per week. Resident fees include accommodation, all meals and snacks, tuition and admission to concerts. Day student fees include lunch, dinner, snacks, tuition and admission to concerts.
Adult residents who register before May 1 receive a $25 early bird discount. Families of three or more which include school-aged children receive a $100 discount. Children under six may attend without charge, but there is no program for them. Payments received after June 20, 2011 are subject to a 15% surcharge. All participants are required to be members of WCAMS (please visit our membership page). You may join WCAMS or renew your membership as part of your Camp Application. Scholarships & Bursaries Financial assistance is available to those who find that the fees are a significant barrier to participation; students and families are particularly encouraged to apply.
