Fees and Registration Space limitations and musical balance may make it necessary to cap the number of participants. Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. If an orchestral section is full, applicants will be placed on a waiting list. Download additional brochures to distribute to friends: Fees Fees are per person, per week. Resident fees include accommodation, all meals and snacks, tuition and admission to concerts. Day student fees include lunch, dinner, snacks, tuition and admission to concerts.
Adult residents who register before May 1 receive a $25 early bird discount. Families of three or more which include school-aged children receive a $100 discount. Children under six may attend without charge, but there is no program for them. Payments received after June 20, 2010 are subject to a 15% surcharge. All participants are required to be members of WCAMS (please visit our membership page). You may join WCAMS or renew your membership as part of your Camp Application. Scholarships & Bursaries Financial assistance is available to those who find that the fees are a significant barrier to participation; students and families are particularly encouraged to apply.
