The West Coast Amateur Musicians' Society is a nonprofit organization of amateur musicians -- both instrumentalists and singers -- and other music lovers based in British Columbia, Canada. The only organization in western Canada offering educational music holidays for amateur musicians and their families, WCAMS provides top-level instruction, fellowship, and recreation for members and free summer concerts for the public. In addition to a week-long residential music camp each July, WCAMS offers a series of orchestra and voice workshops and other special events throughout the year.
